Our Mission

Since our door opened in 1992, our team of experienced and dedicated therapists have been committed to enrich families, couples, and individuals with excellent and effective treatment services, building from a therapeutic foundation of trust and compassion. Our multi-cultural and multi-lingual services are especially helpful for clients who are from another culture or speak a second language.

Many individuals can experience symptoms of behavioral and psychological issues such as anger, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, abuse and/or neglect, cultural/acculturation challenges, and family-of-origin conflicts. We can help you overcome these symptoms by gaining understanding and developing effective skills to resolve your issues.

Some families experience conflicts due to lack of understanding, unhealthy boundaries, or miscommunication. Other families may have difficulty adjusting to major life changes, such as divorce/separation, illness, or death. We can help enrich family relaltionships by improving parenting skills, communications skills, and coping skills.

Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection in all stages of their relationship. We can enrich relationships by providing a supportive place to discuss issues, teaching safe communication/negotiation skills leading to solutions, and encouraging a "do your part" attitude to better strengthen your relationship.
